Clothes that do not fit and they won't refund or replace them

Good day,

I 2 bought shirts on Superbalist and now they are refusing to replace or refund me because they claim that the garments are not in good condition. I did not even wear the shirt because they are too small on my bust and I cannot even button them. They even say that the clothes were sprayed with perfume and I do not use perfume due to sinus issues. When you purchase items they claim to have a good return policy but when they have to practise that they do not do it. I don't have money to waste on clothes that do not fit. Pleas assist me on this matter.
