<p>I bought a gift for my aunt's 50th birthday and without realising the delivery date would run over school holidays I sent it to her nursery school. In a panic the day before delivery and her birthday I used the live chat and spoke to a wonderful human called Melissa who not only helped me quickly change the delivery date, she did it quickly and efficiently. Note: She was working on Women's Day when she should have been spending time with her family and I commend her for that and for her superb client service. I will continue to use Superbalist as I always have done.</p>
