Clearance products: misrepresentated and misleading

I bought a pair of G-Star Raw Chelsea boots, size UK10.5 on clearance from Superbalist.com only to be delivered a size UK11. I lodged a refund and got the item refunded without any hassle even though THEIR RETURNS POLICY STATES THAT THEY MAY NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE CLEARANCE PRODUCTS!!. But to my surprise I can see that the item is still being advertised as size UK10.5 even after I notified them of misrepresentation. After that, I still trusted that it might have been a mistake and bought G-star Raw Base v-neck 2 pack tee size L, only to get one size L and the other size S. I believe that there is a deliberate attempt to get rid of sale stock by misleading their customers and intentionally misrepresenting certain items.

I would advise that you complain and return items if they are the wrong size.
