Christmas orders not delivered on time

Order a Christmas present from Superbalist and delivery date showed the 19th then all of a sudden it got changed to the 24th!!! Received a message that delivery will be done today before 5. 13:05 I received a sms stating delivery is rescheduled for Thursday! The person this is for is going back overseas on Wednesday. I phoned the call centre numerous times asking if we can collect the parcel or if they can deliver to my parents. Also to find out why I was never contacted to advise they at the delivery point and I’m not there. Isn’t that why I give my cellphone number??? The operators refused to give me the port Elizabeth depots direct number and advised that they will call the depot themselves as they close at 5 and I should be able to collect it myself from the depot then! I was phoned back and told straight that they refuse to deliver this parcel again and they are closing at 2 anyway even though the site states 5 and the sms states 5... again I asked why they never phoned me as I was at a funeral at the time I would have let someone else sign for it on my behalf .. again I was just told they closing and I must just wait till Thursday. This is ridiculous service and might I add that my guest is now not getting a gift on Christmas and going home without it as well. I asked for the manager or directors details and I was going to be called back again and it never happened!

This service is ridiculous and I will therefor proceed to post this bad service on all my business pages to advise how useless the port Elizabeth branch is.
