CHINA TOWN SIZES!!!!

I placed an order ( 393035) for the item Jessie Spring Coat - Mood Indigo size LARGE - the item that was delivered was labelled a LARGE but fits a small person... Your site should indicate the sizes are not universal sizes but in fact CHINATOWN SIZES!!!!. I really wanted the jacket as it was AFFORDABLE, however how can I trust what I buy in future, if I ever do buy anything again, God forbid I ordered me underwear -REALLY DISAPOINTED!!! The EMBARRASMENT when the item arrived and I tried it on in front of my work colleagues - only to see that it would fit someone far smaller than me.
