I can’t believe how unprofessional they are. I received a desk that was labeled “ basic to assemble”. The instructions are vague and the pieces are not labeled properly. Not even my friend who is a carpenter can put it together. I reach out to the company and they don’t get back to me. I reached out about a week ago and showed them pictures. I keep getting a different person that says they’ll speak to someone and get back to me. Even with pictures and proof of payment, they question why I want a refund yet won’t send someone out to collect the desk or at least have a look at it. This is ********* and unprofessional coming from their team. Will never order furniture from them again.
