Change Delivery Address but was declined by Superbalist call centre

I placed an order with Superbalist for the amount of R1272.00 my order number ***, I didnt notice that the delivery address was my old residential address. After I placed the order I realized that my old address was the delivery address and I immediately called Superbalist to ask them if they can change the delivery address for me to my billing address. The lady informed me that they dont have the facility to do that and that I should call Superbalist as soon as I get the sms to say that it is out on delivery so that they can request for me to collect it from a branch. But it isnt guaranteed that the branch will allow me to collect it from them. Firstly Superbalist systems is pathetic for an on-line store that they can't assist me in changing a delivery address to my billing address. Secondly I've paid Superbalist so much money for an order which I dont know where it will end up and if I'll get my order or if it will be cancelled and I will have to wait 3 weeks for my money. I am not impress with Superbalist and this is the last time I will be shopping from this website.
