Cancelled order without telling me - battling to get refund

Disgusting service - cancelled my order without telling me or refunding me. Have spent the past week or so on the phone requesting a refund. Been told they processed it and i should wait 3-5 working days. It has been 7! Every time i phone the manager/supervisor is on an escalation or in a meeting and "they will phone me back" - which of course they never do.

I will never recommend this site to any of my friends

Have probably spent close to R150 on the call centre with them.
