Cancelled Order without a proper Explanation

This is the shoddiest service I’ve ever received. I made a purchase for a pair of sneakers for my nephew who is going on a Grade 7 farewell and had already sent him the pictures of the sneakers in question. Guess what! He was so excited and now I have to go back to him and tell him that he won’t be getting them because Superbalist.com decided to cancel the order and when I called them on ********** 300 I even got the worse possible service from Eugene.
