Cancelled order but courier didn't even attempt delivery!

I ordered the items while on sale and even got an extra percentage off. No one attempted to deliver my order # ********** until yesterday on 27 December2018. The courier never made the iniatial scheduled delivery date of 24 December 2018 and never attempted delivery until 27 December 2017. Then I just get a message that my order is cancelled because they could not deliver. I was in the office on 24 December 2014 waiting for the order and it was the last day before the office closes. Why it is made my fault that the courier did not deliver as promised? Why cancel the order without calling to verify facts first? One of the items which was cancelled is now sold out. The others are available but will they sell them to me at the same discounted price I bought them for on the order they prematurely cancelled? It seems this is strategy to get more money out of loyal customers. You know I wanted the items so I'm going to buy them again but now at their normal price without their big discount? Well, NOT ME!!! I was a loyal Superbalist customer but once all my orders are finalised I won't be shopping with them ever again. The service has really lowered to unacceptable standards since their merge with Spree and I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so. They won't ever see my money again.
