Cancelled Order after taking my money

I placed an order and an amount of R314 was taken from my bank and I got an order number ***1 . However when I went on the App to check it said my order is awaiting payment,I thought maybe it's still processing,to my surprise when I wake up today morning I got an email saying my order has been cancelled.. I want my items as I ordered them and money has been taken from my Bank Account .I am very upset about this,very disappointing service
