Canceled order, double payment, 1 refund!

Oder number ***8, ordered 2 bags on the 23/11/22 paid R264 as these where on a 60% plus extra 10% off. On the 24th I get an sms saying my order was canceled and R132 will be refunded, I logged the query sheet online no response. Same day the 24th R132 x 2 are taken off my account as a purchase again. 26th R132 is sent as a voucher, my R264 and the other 132 nothing! Superbalist I want my 132 and I want you to keep the R264 and give me my bags, I called the contact center held on for over 15min to speak so Sipha who said she would log a query I told her same thing I'm saying now barcode error is non of my business you can't cancel an order and not give me options let alone take more money from my account. I want my bags which i paid R264 for and I want my other R132. Sipha gave me call reference ***7
