CANCEL ORDERS AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE! THE LAST TIME I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I placed an order with them online, i made a payment manually, no payment was allocated to my order, so my order has been cancelled the items i’ve bought was on sale & extra discount so now they want to refund me my money its not my problem if they cant do their work. I will never never use them again zando and takealot ive never had problems!! SUPERBALIST wil never hear from me i just want my order re-ordered what ive paid for then bye bye
