Can I get my refund!

I returned an item to Superbalist as it did not fit correctly. In their terms and conditions they state it takes 8 days to process a refund. I’ve been emailing a woman Ammaarah and the only time I get actual feedback is if I email first. I was advised I would receive some sort of feedback by Wednesday 24/06 and it’s no surprise that I haven’t. Their customer service is pathetic. It should not be the customers duty to follow up on the status of their return or query. The item was back at their warehouse as of the 10/06, today is the 25/06 and I still have no news on when my refund will take place. I want my refund! I will never be using Superbalist again, I’d rather have my ordered directly from the brand had I known it was going to be such a process.
