Bull**** quality

I bought pants on Superbalist for R1999 in December last year. On Friday as I got to work, I was disappointed to find out that I had been walking around with torn pants. Superbalist comes back and tells me to take up the quality issue with GStar Raw, who apparently according to Superbalist will not also take the pants back or address the issue. Every reputable retailer is happy to replace or refund a product if there was issues with the quality especially on such an expensive product regardless of how long I have had the product. This is **** and i will escalate the issue until I am happy with the feedbac****!
