Box with no watch

Received my boyfriends gift today from Superbalist... Not only was the Nixon box absolutely FILTHY, the box was also missing the watch I ordered!!! YES, THERE WAS NO WATCH IN THE BOX! The helpline consultant was absolutely useless as he asked me if I wanted to exchanged it, and then if I wanted to return it after I clearly explained the situation. He also said he would phone me back within an hour which never happened! After all the thousands of rands I've spent at Superbalist this is the kind of service I receive?! Would you like to receive a gift that looks like the one I received?! I am waiting anxiously to hear how you plan to fix this problem Superbalist, as I need this present on tomorrow!
