Bittersweet

I really like superbalist they offer a great service. however, to get hold of them is very challenging. i just did an order and there is a mistake and if they order gets delivered i will to return it i did not realize it was an un-returnable item as this is the first time ever this has happened to me on superbalist and i have been ordering for over 5 years regularly with them. i tried to log a request on the website about 5 times and it didn't accept it. i then emailed the email address that i received my invoice from and i got an auto response that it is not an attended box. so how do i get hold of them it's impossible. i want the goods NOT to be sent and a credit passed or the whole order reversed. in desperation i am reaching out via hellopeter
