Biggest disappointment

Literally the biggest disappointment in service I've ever received. Early hours of the 23rd of November (black Friday) I ordered my boyfriend a diesel watch as you guys had a fantastic deal. I paid and ordered it. I was literally so excited I almost told him what I bought him because I knew howmuch he wanted it. I then kept an eye on my delivery with excitement, the delivery date was the 3rd of Decemeber. Only to be told a week later (this morning) that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. How is that even possible if when I ordered and paid for it, it was in stock? I find this appalling. I then phoned customer care to be told that they are sorry I must wait for other specials, when will I ever get the brilliant price I got on black Friday again? I honestly feel that when the watch is back in stock I should get it for the price I paid. I am so disappointed
