Placed order with them on Friday.

Tried to call them same day to find that their phone lines have been disconnected on account of some frivolous reason.

I then have sent a email and multiple social media messages, none of which have recieved a response. What kind of ecommerce site turns off their phone lines, which is a critical communication method in the event of emergency and then doesn't respond to queries on a weekend when they claim to carry out deliveries on weekends?

I feel ****med. Please beware of these people claiming to be a legitimate ecommerce site!
