Beware of ***** - Superbalist does nothing to help

Absolutely disgusted with Superbalist. I reported over R12k worth of ********** transactions done using my ****** card. I reported the matter to them on the 26th of April. The support agent identified all the various transactions and assured me they would be cancelled and refunded to me.

2 days later I received notifications that the ********** orders were being picked and packed for delivery. Again I contacted their support line to inform them that the orders had been flagged and they were not to deliver the goods. The support agent again confirmed they had identified the transactions and would be cancelled and refunded.

Over the next 2 days I received emails that the orders had been delivered. I forwarded these confirmations to their support and got rude, condescending replies that the orders had "not been canceled on time, the delivery took place"

I have so far been refunded R1898 of the over R12k spent. Disgusting service. Over the next
