BEWARE BUYING USED BEAUTY PRODUCTS ON THEIR SALE

Bought a couple of beauty products on their sale. After taking almost a week processing they refunded half the order (money will take yet ANOTHER week to reflect in my account) without even giving me notice re: why those products ate bring refunded. I received a BIODERMA HYDRABIO MASQUE that clearly has been used. The package look old with ripped edges and upon opening it the product itself was not sealed. Unacceptable and unhygienic especially during Covid times. I cannot return the product. Very convenient for them.
