Bad/Worst Customer service

Order No:***. Zero Rating for this company. They r full of promises. After placing an order (R1917) on 6 November 2020 and having the order canceled by Superbalist.com. I was promised a refund. 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. After countless phone calls to Superbalist.com, their Call Center agents are useless. They can only escalate my matter to their Finance department. Who have taken over 6 weeks to do a refund to my order, even after providing them with my bank statement showing that Superbalist.com took my money. Superbalist..com has poor customer service. Worst experience ever.
