Bad skin care product

I purchased Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% (30ml) from Superbalist on 27 October 2024. Upon opening it on 30 November, I noticed the product was compromised—its texture, smell, and consistency had changed, consistent with exposure to excessive heat. After using it, I experienced breakouts, which has never happened with this product before.

Despite reporting the issue and requesting an exchange, my request was rejected. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed with the lack of support and product quality assurance. I request a replacement or refund and for Superbalist to address storage and handling practices for sensitive products.
