Bad service/unable to deliver

Iam really not happy with the service I received from superbalist. It's almost two weeks without my order, they are using courier IT for the deliveries and they wanted me to meet them in a mall instead of delivering in the provided address which lead to them taking my parcel back to thier warehouse. Superbalist is not doing anything to resolve this, made queries and nothing is being resolved and even went to the extend of calling them. Nothing is being done and in this stage I can't even cancel my order after they took my money they are not delivering. Please stay away from them!!!!
