Bad service with courier

The worst experience Ive ever in my life. Superbalist courier are the worst on earth. My parcel been out for delivery for the past 3 days till today I haven't even got it.. It was out for delivery again today the 21st November 2020 the guy by the name of Freddie French Guide called me saying my pacerl had no address, and he can not come to the written address as it is far.. How possible is that.. He made me wait at the address for more than 4 hours, on last minutes he canceled and said he can't come there. I've send messages several times, making arrangements for collection, superbalist failed to respond
