Bad service when they have marked items down

I purchased Marc Jacobs Decadence EDP 50ml For R799. 00 on special and a dress, the system froze as a result my cart went missing, in few minutes I got an email saying I must make a payment.

I did likewise around 09:10 to my surprise at 13:00 same day they canceled my order
