Bad service - Superbalist

I am very dissatisfied and dissapointed with the service. I purchased a pair of shoes which was dirty upon receival and tried to return it, they rejected it because it was dirty. Afer callig the helpline I was told that they will collect the shoes again and refund me. The shoes where collected but no refund. Again I contacted them and they said they will send me a new pair, this did not happen either. After another week I contacted them again and they said they will send me the old pair back, and this too did not happen. Phoned them again and the same story. This has been going on for more than 2 months now. Now they claim the shoes where delivered but I did not receive it nor did I sign for anything and nobody knows where the goods are. So at this stage I have no product and no refund, this has been the worst online experience and I will certainly not make use of them again
