Bad service repeated

I have been supporting Superbalist since early inception and I’m about to stop my support it’s not the first time that I ordered stuff and it simply doesnt arrive on promised date and when I enquire I’m told my sake is cancelled due to no stock only to log in again and see same items there at least I can decide where to spend my money
