Bad service: Order ***9: Order not being attended too

I bought some things online on the 19the. I sent an email because nothing was happening with my order, no update. The next thing today I am being sent a refund for item i bought long time but they didn't care to attend to my order. A day before yesterday I was onlibe and the item was still available. This is absurd and am possed because it is not the first timé you are this. You are offering a 10% discount which is nothing compared to the item i bought at 50%. I trusted susperbli#t but after this, I dont think I can anymore. They keep on disappointing me
