Bad service: missing items

I picked up an order yesterday. I bought 10 items and only 4 items was in the box. 6 items are missing. I paid for it, but now I don't receive any communication from them. Even their phone number doesn't work. Superbalist use to be on top of things, now they are falling apart. Look at all the complaints on here and the business doesn't even respond.
