Bad service & ****med

I have returned two item which was too small last week Wednesday.

On Thursday I received an email claiming that I didn't return both items.

I provided pictures of a Takelot guy holding both boxes with a scan & the RMA with the screen short from his PC that showed Allocation completed for both item i have returned however Superballist it's refusing to pay me & I must now pay Payflex for the things that I don't have.
