Bad service, *********** stuff.

I have never in my life been so dissapointed. I ordered sneakers on the 18th of September for my vacation, an incorrect order was delivered, i immediately advised Superbalist of the matter. This matter dragged on for over a week before they could come and collect the items, which they eventually did. Bear in mind, i still haven't received my items. It has been over 3 weeks now, going for a month and the group doesn't want to refund me nor give me my order. Now i have to be jumping hoops and fires to help them locate my returned box, which i was notifying them, of every step that was taking place. I have 100s of e-mails going back and forth with incomptent stuff who continue to mess this thing up and fustrating me even further. I honestly have been a good customer to Superbalist and Takealot, spending over R3k monthly, they will have to miss me as a customer.
