Bad service from Superbalist
I placed an order on Thursday the 6 September 2018 at 21h14. I checked out using my credit card . The order generated and money was taken. After 20 emails ..15 calls and 5 calls to my bank ..Superbalist after almost a week have not refunded my money so I can buy fashion online.

Patient kind understanding
But they have no tools and no power to do anything for the customer.
Their finance Team is untouchable.
The customer cannot speak to them.
