Bad Service from Superbalist 😏

So on the 28th of September 2024 I bought a The North Face Bozer Hip Pack lll Black and it was my first purchase with them and they delivered a wrong item trice and what is ****ing me off is that every time they deliver a wrong item I then call their customer service and log an exchange and tell them a wrong item was delivered and they apologise and log the exchange but ******e* deliver the same ish again. Like why are they even in business?🤦🏽♂️
