Bad Service from Call Centre Superbalist

On the 30 November I***) I purchased goods and used Mobi credit to pay. The transaction went through my Mobi Credit account but received no goods from Superbalist. I have since then been contacting them with responses from they have not received payment to we don’t accept Mobi Credit any longer. It is now the 3 January and still no finalization
