Bad service 😡😡😡😡😡

bought my items on the 26th of November they keep on saying my address is wrong and it’s not my first time placing an order and they always deliver on time with out any problem , but this time my Order hasn’t arrived I place a shine order on the same day and my package has arrived, I’m so disappointed with their service today they said I will receive my package before 5:00 but still my Order hasn’t arrived
