Bad service

I placed an order online, made a payment and only picked up after making the payment that the size is incorrect as well as my address. I then immediately contacted customer service and spoke to Ashley and that was a waste of my time as she told me she cannot change anything even the delivery address. I was told to wait until the order arrives (which will be delivered in the wrong address) and then request the exchange even if I don't get the size then it doesn't matter.
