Bad service

My order ***4 on the app it said on Saturday 03/12 it is out for delivery but nobody came to the house the gate and my phone were on according to the app the driver came twice and on the times written both occasions I was home and phone on, to make matters worse it got scheduled for Monday 05/12 and again it said courier delay now I must be the one contacting you guys????? I have to communicate with you guys I need my order ASAP
