Bad service

I've requested a return twice since yesterday and it got cancelled.

I ordered a perfume NEVER opened it since I received it yesterday and requested a return because it literally looks like a Sample.

I tried twice this morning and no one answered I messaged on TWITTER and still no assistance.

This is pathetic I need it taken back so I can order a different gift
