bad service / delivery

two weeks of waiting for the order. I bought items to use them over the weekend. it took them whole two weeks,firstly it was stock and secondly it's wrong distribution. I bought there for almost three years but lately the service is very bad. what frustrated me even worse is that I took off from work and the delivery did not come. o left someone at my house but still the delivery did not come. even worse I am paying payflex for the items that I I don't have with me. they won't even call you to update you
