Bad service

I placed an order ***7 on the 26th up until today i haven't received my order instead last week friday on the 2nd i received a call from kzn in Richard's bay that my parcel is there yet i have been using your service for years now i fail to understand why it was sent to kzn then used fast n furious courier the driver decided to handover my parcel to the third party worse to the wrong address, he didn't even bother to call yet on their tracking status it says they called me i have been receiving my orders delivered by Takealot i never experienced this nonsense and i don't want a refund i want the replacement the same item i bought as it was a limited edition they will make a plan where they get it. My order number ***7
