Bad service by superbalist

I ordered multiple items via superbalist just after Christmas, they delivered the incorrect t shirt first of all, I did a return, I'm still waiting on the correct shirt to arrive, another shirt didn't fit, so I did a return, the item was never picked up but shows as picked up via superbalist app, I emailed them twice and both times was told it will be escalated but no one has contacted me since, really poor service from superbalist, and to top it all off I also received a woman jeans, it hasn't been picked up. Since when does someone have to fight to get their money back for items they want returned..superbalist you quick to take my money but you take your sweet time in doing a proper return. So unprofessional
