Bad Bad service,

I have ordered goods on the 10 of October 2018 my order number ********** until today I have not received either my goods or my refund. I was promised delivery on the 12 of october today is the 25th of oct. I had to beg everytime on my status of my order until I finally told that the courier was hijacked. They promised me refund from the 16 by Yola until now no refund. If u place an order u have 24 hours to pay ur order but if u need refund u have to wait days and weeks. Advising me of backlogs I have my backlogs and they don't interfere between my client and service. Manage ur staff better to deliver good service. I need my refund
