Bad service at Superbalist

I’ve had the worst service at Superbalist for the past two purchases. The most recent purchase takes the cup. After waiting two weeks to get my order as if I bought the goods in China I received them worn and damaged. How they felt it was ok to send me rejected shoes is beyond me. This is a norm for Superbalist nowadays. The service is aweful and all they can say is “sorry for the inconvenience “ I’m livid.
