Bad service at supabalist

My name is cathrine nkala kadiaka I have been struggling to get a refund from supabalist for almost 4 weeks now,i spoke to sumvuyile ,Florence ,some I don't remember their names anymore,they they keep telling me I will get it in24 to 48 hrs but there is no refund in my account, n they refuse to pit me through to the supeviseror manager,they keep telling me get my refund,this company does not even respond to hallo peter please someone help me I need my money back in my account
