Bad service and wrong order

I have placed an order on the 08th Sep 22 and I immediately realized i added wrong item and i called in to be advised what is the process of cancelling. The lady i spoke to said she will put a note from her side product wont dispatch and i should continue to place the new order, I did exactly that. To my surprise on communication of delivery i get 2 order numbers that will be delivered on the 13 Sep. I received the wrong order and paid for it and when i opened the box it was the wrong order that was suppose to be cancelled, 10 min later another driver comes with the right 1 and i had already paid COD for the wrong order. The lady i spoke to to assist was rude and did not care to fix the mix up that could have been avoided earlier. I wont be paying for 2 deliveries and i need those shoes on Wednesday.
