Bad service and no delivery

Service has just deteriorated. It's the second time that I order something and I just don't get it on the day promised in the order and I could still understand that,had they informed me or apologized or attempted to make up for me not receiving my goods. There is no contact, no attempt to resolve your issue unless you bombard them with a follow up request and you just feel like another number that they are trying to get rid of. It's really frustrating
