Bad Service and lack of urgency Order #***0

I ordered two items but only received one of them. I notified superbalist of this 3 days ago and they acknowledged my email but I am yet to received any feedback from them. What makes it worse is I had paid extra to get next day delivery and 5 days later I’m still sitting without my full order and nobody is saying anything or communicating with me .
