Bad Service and disappointing

I've ordered items online, and it wasn't the first time. Every time my orders always have problems with being delivered and their courier guys don't deliver but the payment has been made. Poor service, and no communication. Now, last week I made an ordered again and paid via eft the same time, today my orders have been cancelled and saying that I had used incorrect banking details, hows that possible because I used the FNB details they gave me and the reference said TAKEALOT!, and I didn't think there was anything wrong hence its TAKEALOT couriers who does the delivers, again they are saying I have used the incorrect banking details.

How possible?
