BAD SERVICE

I bought Diesel Sneakers that were on sale yesterday (16.12.2021) from Superbalist. Since it’s December i just couldn’t wait for my sneakers to be delivered little did i know that i was waiting for a disaster!!!!! The following day i get an email (not even a phone call) from Superbalist apologizing that they made an inventory error, i will not be getting the sneakers instead they going to refund me and this refund will take 3-5 days to reflect in to my account!!!!!! This is my last money, I cannot afford to buy another pair of sneakers, i have to wait for almost 5 days to get my money back??? Is this how Superbalist treats their customers??? ***!!!! If you made an error that’s your problem not mine!!!!! I bought what you advertised. And you think 10% discount that you offering towards my next purchase is enough.... WOW!!!!!!
